Where do you ship?
- Currently we only ship to the United States. We are looking into setting up international markets though. If you live outside of the United States, please check our etsy store at https://gkyengine.etsy.com which can handle international sales.

How long does it take to ship my order?
- Since we use a print-on-demand service, it will take about 2-5 business days to print your items before they are shipped. The only exception right now is knitted sweaters, which take about 1-2 weeks to produce, but the results are very nice.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
- Yes, but what options are available depend on when you decide to cancel your order. If you cancel your order in less than a day of ordering, we should be able to cancel the production of your item and issue a refund immediately. HOWEVER, once an item is in the production phase, then "the train has left the station" so to speak and once production is finished, it will get shipped to you. You will have to wait until you receive the item, and then you can ship it back for a refund. Once you receive your item, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I get a replacement if my item arrives damaged?
- Yes, please hold onto the invoice that is included with your order and contact us. You can return the item to the return address on the invoice. You must submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit?
- Yes, first please contact us and we'll get it sorted out. You'll have to return the item to the return address on the invoice. You must submit your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order.
